Description
Kurt Wolff, 67, an invalid miner who lives in the "hegemonic" system, is officially obliged by an emergency decree to do "work essential to the war effort", to guard duty in one of the numerous camps in the hegemonic system. Although he is not a party member and his position on hegemonic ideology remains unclear, he begins to tormenting prisoners in a labor or "safety" camp without any such regulation. A short film about the question of responsibility and motive in totalitarian systems - the "purposeful rationality" of genocides, the tormenting of political prisoners by the regime "because they deserve it" and the apparent obligation of the perpetrators of crimes committed in totalitarian systems to the ideologically apparently party memberships "untouched" dracony of individuals are supplemented.
